(BOSTON) JULY 15 – NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS QUARTERBACK TOM BRADY FRIDAY SAYING HE WILL NOT APPEAL HIS FOUR-GAME SUSPENSION TO THE U-S SUPREME COURT.

BRADY IN A FACEBOOK POST FRIDAY AFTERNOON THANKING HIS FAMILY, HIS FANS, HIS TEAM, AND HIS UNION. HE WAS SUSPENDED BY N-F-L COMMISSIONER ROGER GOODELL FOR ALLEGEDLY CONSPIRING WITH A PATRIOTS EMPLOYEE WHO CALLED HIMSELF “THE DEFLATOR.” THE PAIR WAS ACCUSED OF REDUCING PRESSURE IN FOOTBALLS TO MAKE THEIR HANDLING EASIER DURING A 2015 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. UNDER N-F-L RULES BRADY CANNOT PLAY UNTIL THE FIFTH GAME OF THE 2016 SEASON.
